Ben and I are about to have a kitchen misadventure.
We're making a turkey, as in the kind you fuss over on Thanksgiving Day. We're sticking 'er in the oven on Saturday.
If you have any recipe suggestions for leftovers, let me know. This bird, so far, will only be feeding us two.

There is one thing that my parents always did when we had left over bird that was awesome!
They had a meat grinder (the really old fashioned one that C-clamps to your counter/cutting board and you use a crank) and we would grind up the remaining turkey, add celery, mayo, salt and pepper and placed the mixture on big flaky croissants.
Mmmm, mmm, good!
